Tucked away, private and so quiet you’ll sleep like Sleeping Beauty, this basement bedroom has two single beds, a wooden pine dresser, chair and night table. Perfect for a single, two friends travelling or retreating together, or children whose parents are staying upstairs. Travelling/retreating alone?

This room is next to a family (guest) room complete with microwave, kettle, coffee maker, table, chairs and electric fire-place which all guests are welcome to use.

Fluffy towels graced with handmade, artisan soap made in house by your host Fawn await you.

Each room contains a small staples basket with treats, fresh fruit, water bottles and extras you may have forgotten, just in case. Bathrobes.

Bathroom is on the main floor and shared with main floor guest room.

Children under age 2 are complimentary. A foldable playpen or toddler bed is available for $10/night. It fits best in the farmhouse room. 

Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared public indoor and outdoor spaces.

A damage deposit is applicable, and a credit card must be used for booking. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide your credit card information. After you leave, your room will be assessed within 48 hours of stay completion. Damage and missing items will be charged to the provided credit card.

Intoxication of any kind (drugs, alcohol) is prohibited and will result in dismissal of complete guest party without reimbursement and/or police involvement.

No smoking indoors, in any outbuildings.

No parties without written consent and approval from host. No outside, unpaid guests.
