Cancellation Policy
Glamping tent bookings are nonrefundable but can be rescheduled based on availability.
For B & B Rooms - Up to 2 weeks before the booked date: 100% refund - 10% booking fee.
For B & B Rooms - 1 week prior to booking: 50% refund minus any food add-ons. No refunds on food add-ons after 2 week cut-off date.
For B & B Rooms - After 1 week - no refund.
This website processes payments using Square. As of June 6, 2023, Square no longer refunds processing fees on full or partial refunds. This means that cancellations resulting in refunds will be charged an additional 3.2% fee.
